Introduction
Welcome to BROADLIFE ENTERPRISE. By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Use of Services
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, spamming, or violating the rights of others.

Product and Service Offerings
Prefab Houses: We offer a range of prefab houses, which may include pre-designed units and custom builds.
Pricing: Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Philippine.
Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance by BROADLIFE ENTERPRISE. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Payment Terms
Payment Methods: cash and transfer. Full payment is required before the commencement of any construction or delivery of goods.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

Delivery and Installation
Delivery: Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order and may vary based on location and project complexity.
Installation: Installation services are provided as per the agreed schedule. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

Warranties and Disclaimers
We have different policies for different parts of the project. We give one year Warranty fully for all the electrical products inside the prefab house, the buyer can change the electrical product in our warehouse by themselves if any of them is being damaged. But there is no Warranty for the prefab house itself. We will only assist with installation if the buyer prepares the site, buys circuits, and covers all related costs. Then after installation if a leakage or similar issue is discovered, our installation team will schedule a service appointment to address and fix the problem. Once the issue has been fixed, the company shall not be held responsible for any future issues or damages arising from the product, including but not limited to leakages. Nevertheless, the Company may offer advice and recommendations to the buyer on how to properly maintain the product and avoid future issues.

Limitation of Liability
BROADLIFE ENTERPRISE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the products or services in question.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Philippine. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Philippine.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
